This is "bullet proof" coffee or as I call it magic coffee. It is basically regular coffee with a spoonfull of coconut oil and a spoonful of butter and it serves to increase your fat intake.
Most recipes advise a particular coffee but I think that's just a sales thing..
It also is advised to blend the mix up but I find that vigorous whipping with a fork or mixing with a spoon works just fine - hey let's not make an industry of making a cup of coffee!
Anyhoo it tastes just fine - slight bitter taste from the coconut - and it really "satisfies" you and fills you up.
