BREAKFAST:
LUNCH:
I forgot to take a photo :-(
I had some low fat tomato soup (shop bought) and 80gr smoked salmon.
DINNER:
Chicken breast/fillet stuffed with garlic - poached.
If I get nibbly later on I may have some of my DIVINE tomato soup - I have just made a fresh batch.
But for now - I won't lie to you - I am having an evening cocktail of vodka and coke zero after a hard week in work!
