Detox Day 3

Day 3 and still going good! 
Heading into the weekend though so I really need to focus to make sure I stick with it.
 
BREAKFAST:

LUNCH:
Butternut squash soup, turkey, chicken, egg mayonaise. 
I only ate half the chicken and half the mayonaise...
 
DINNER:

Small amount of butternut squash soup with extra chili flakes, mmmm. 
Whiting fish.
 
The whiting was okay - a little bit bland and a little bit rubbery - I had to add a lot of lemon, salt & pepper to it (a huge amount of pepper). I cooked it in the oven in a tinfoil parcel.

SNACK:
 
Sweet Potato to nibble on while watching the Late Late Show. 
Anything to stop me thinking of chocolate!
 
What are your thoughts on my diet so far?  Will I lose weight do you think?
