If you don't want to see a photo of the inside of the tank of my toilet.... well, look away now lol.
For the last few days my toilet has not been refilling after flushing. I identified the problem with the water tower; that the bobber (what I call the bobber anyway!) was not moving properly i.e. registering that the water was empty.
I purchased a new water tower in Home Depot: I bought the Fluidmaster 400 for approx $15. It had good directions and was easy enough to install and replaced the dodgy one.
Happy to report that I now have a fully functioning again toilet.
